Refund Policy

You may cancel a booking up to 14 days before your child's scheduled attendance and we will refund on all card payments.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before scheduled date cannot be refunded.

 

Same day cancellations, changes, or no shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

In rare cases where we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative options where available.
