Terms & Conditions - the basics

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. The booked session is reserved exclusively for the child named in the booking.

Full refund: cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the sessions are eligible for a full refund of card payments.

No refunds: cancellations made less than 14 days before the session will not be refunded.

Same day changes: cancellations, changes, or non attendance on the day of the sessions are non-refundable and cannot be moved to a different date.

Provider- initiated cancellations: in the event of unforeseen circumstances we may need to cancel a session. We will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer alternative options if available.

Liability: we are not liable for any indirect losses, including travel costs or expenses incurred due to cancellation of a session.

Acceptance of terms: By making a booking. you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
